We guarantee every book — new or used — arrives as described. A person checked it. Sometimes we get a grade wrong; when that happens, it's on us to fix it.

You have 30 days from delivery.
- Condition complaint
Send us a photo — don't ship the book back. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Return shipping on a used textbook usually costs more than the book, and that cost helps nobody.
- Our mistake
Wrong book, damaged in transit, or it arrived late — return shipping is on us, and so is the refund.
- Changed your mind
On books over $15, send it back in the condition it arrived and we'll refund the book price. Under $15 we don't take discretionary returns — keep it, and we'll still help if something's actually wrong with it.
- Refunds
Back to how you paid, within 3 business days of us hearing from you. You don't wait for the book to reach us.
